Members of the newly formed ‘Titan’ Scout explorer unit celebrate the mass enrolment of 17 young people at 1st Old Malden (St John the Baptist) Scout Group’s Headquarters in Malden Road Worcester Park, on Tuesday 02 February. The Unit finally got the official go a head when District Commissioner Bob Bushell presented their leader Richard Gooud with his Explorer Leaders warrant at the meeting.

The Unit, with other members of the Scout Group are preparing for 1st Old Malden’s 60th year celebrations. Included will be a celebration camp in Oxshott, when scouts, cubs, and beavers will spend a weekend of scouting activities, plus a celebration service in St John’s Church.
