Pentecost will be celebrated at St John the Baptist Church (Old Malden) with a special open weekend this Saturday 22nd May (11am – 4pm) and Sunday 23rd May (2pm-4pm). Visitors are invited to drop in and see around the church, and view a special display of flower arrangements by the church organisations and local schools, scouts and guides The festival (also known as Whitsun). has been arranged to illustrate the theme of Pentecost and expected to be a riot of colour.
