A very enjoyable day was spent at the Amberley Museum and Heritage Centre, Sussex, ‘The Men’s Thing’ made a day of it to join in the fun of a special day. Our thanks to Derek Forrester for arranging a party train ticket. It was advertised as ‘Fun for Foodies’ with the day being a one off craft festival – plus a special chance to sample many local brewed ales, enjoyed by most!!
Our ladies joined in the fun - toe tapping to the Cuckoos Nest Morris Dancers - Betty even tried on a superb flower arrangement worn by the men in the troop!! Trips on old vintage open top south coast omnibuses - rides on the narrow gauge train - It was a fun filled day - thanks to all who took up the invitation
